Agent’s tests cannot be taken after 2:00pm. Maximum time allowed for completion of the test is 60 minutes.
New applications must be lodged no later than 3:00pm.
First Aid Certificate From the 14th of December 2011, it will be an offence for a Security Officer, Security Bodyguard or Crowd Controller to perform any licensed activity unless they hold a current first aid certificate.
New Identification Cards Licence holders wishing to exchange their old white background ID cards for new blue/yellow background ID cards can do so free of charge. Simply bring your old cards to 297 Hay Street, East Perth and you will be issued with new cards same day.
